1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized channels.

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

• If payment fails or is incomplete, the booking will not be confirmed.

• All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Cards, Net Banking, etc.).

2. Pricing & Charges

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).

• Prices may include/exclude GST and payment gateway charges (as shown at checkout).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any increase due to fuel cost, government charges, permits, or vendor cost escalation may be applicable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or email.

• Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 7 days before departure: 25% refund

  • Less than 3 days before departure: No refund

• Processing time for refunds: 7–14 working days.

• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and booking charges are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for no-shows or partial participation.

• In case of weather/government restrictions, refunds or credits will be decided at Miles2Go’s discretion.

4. Trip Modifications

• Miles2Go reserves the right to:

  • Change itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

  • Cancel a trip if minimum participants are not met.

• In case of cancellation from our side:

  • Full refund or credit note will be provided.

5. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must carry valid government ID.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the trek leader/guide.

• Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in removal without refund.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

6. Health & Fitness

• Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the activity.

• Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed before booking.

• Miles2Go is not liable for injuries caused by negligence, undisclosed medical conditions, or non-compliance with instructions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Adventure activities involve inherent risks.

• Miles2Go acts as a coordinator for certain services (transport, accommodation, vendors).

• We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss, theft, natural calamities, or third-party negligence.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Media & Content Rights

• Photos and videos captured during trips may be used for promotional purposes.

• Participants who do not wish to be featured must inform us in writing before the trip.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
